CAMSHAFT & CAM FOLLOWERS

The engine/transmission unit must be removed from the car to enable removal of the camshaft and followers. In the case of the 1275 GT, which does not have detachable side covers on the cylinder block, the camshaft can be removed downwards and therefore the transmission unit must first be removed to enable their removal.
